You can find anything on the internet! In the health arena, some authorities proclaim that in order to optimise your health, you don’t need supplements – just good food. We humbly offer a different view.

We do believe in good food, as provided by nature. But much of the food we eat doesn’t qualify. A lot of our food is processed, and many beneficial ingredients are lost. Our food also contains many chemicals, from pesticides to preservatives, for which our bodies have no need.

Modern agricultural methods tend to deplete the soil of beneficial nutrients. In nature, everything that is removed from the soil is returned to the soil. But farmers generally only return to the soil whatever is needed to ensure that a crop can be grown, and sold. It would be uneconomic for them to do otherwise.

You can be sure that food grown on deficient soil will also fail to meet all our nutritional needs. Even if we eat a varied diet, and include a lot of unprocessed fruits, vegetables, seeds and nuts, we may still fail to get all the nutrients we need.

So we believe that supplements, used wisely, can help overcome nutritional deficiencies. In addition, there are a wealth of herbal and food-based remedies available in supplement form. Many of these have been in use for hundreds, if not thousands of years.

Supplements for

  • Correcting nutritional deficiencies
  • Growing Older Healthfully
  • Fighting infections

All diseases are caused by something, or more usually many things. Here are some

  • Genetic factors
  • Toxic environment (e.g. poor quality air or drinking water, lack of sunlight, excessive EMF, or inadequate shelter)
  • Nutritional deficiencies
  • Physical damage – e.g. accidents
  • Insufficient movement – lack of exercise

Causes promote consequences. Many diseases are the result of a long and complex chain of causes and consequences. Breaking the chain anywhere might help with specific disease symptoms. But eliminating root causes eliminates whole chains of consequences.

Most dis-eases are the body’s way of adapting to an unfavorable situation. The chain of causes may be long, with many branches, but you can find most root causes in the list above.

When we eliminate those causes, we can prevent disease. And if we already have a disease, and then eliminate the cause, the body often returns to normal function, and cures itself – especially if the disease was of recent origin.

Now you may be thinking “you can’t prevent an accident you might have had already, and you can’t change your genetic inheritance….” and you would be right.

But think about what you can do!
